Under the My Sub-user Commission button, you can always pay out bonuses from your packages that have been purchased further down the structure. It is NOT automatically transferred to the main account, you have to pay them yourself.

As you can see in the picture below, there is $1 on one of that person’s sub users. they can be paid out for all subusers by pressing the button “Transfer sub-user commission to main account

They will then be paid out to your main account when you choose to pay them out.
