We have self-check in wish mean you can check in whenever you want (NOTICE you NEED the guest authorization letter) This you need show the reception, after that you can go to the room and use the door code.
Please make sure you GET the guest authorization before you arrive to Shore 1 reception at Tower C2, so we can get you checked in without longer waiting time. After reception see your Guest Authorization you can take the elevator to 15th floor and find apartment 1572
We also need Full Name and Picture ID on ALL who is going to stay in the Apartment for the (Guest Authorization) or the guards will not let you get in.
EVEN if you have visitors, we need to apply for the (Guest Authorization) even if just 10 min. they will visit you.
They are very strict with this, so if you have visitor, let us know in advanced so we can help you apply.
NOTICE: we can only get the above Guest Authorization 2 days before check and not in weekends and holidays.
In this case you need personally assist from our Co-host check in between 12 noon to 5 PM is free, after 5 PM a late check in fee apply of 300-500 pesos, per time the co-host need assist for her transport.
There can be MAXIMUM of 4 people including kids in the Apartment.

We will ask for 1000 Pesos Deposit BEFORE arrival before you are getting the door code:

In case anything is missing:
Pillow = 800 Pesos
Towels = 350 Pesos Each
Anything else missing will also be deducted.
Our Cleaning lady has a checklist to follow every time.
Deposit will be returned within 2-3 working days, mostly of the time same day.
Swimming POOL:
If you are planing to use the swimming pool you need to go down to the reception and they will guide you to the Admin office where you pay 150 pesos week days and 300 Pesos weekend and holidays per person who is going to use the pool.
Admin oppening time are:
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Saturday 9 am to 12 noon.
Closed on Sundays and holiday.
If you want to use Pool, tell us in advance and we can help you.
Cleaning:
This is not a hotel, but an apartment, that mean there is only 1 cleaning including in the price and thats when you are leving, if you want to have more than 1 cleaning, it will cost 750 pesos, per time, and can be ordered on your request.

Cost around 80 Pesos from the airport.
TAXI: Say Amani Grand Residence (Building B)
Pay MAX 100 Pesos.
Our check in time is After 3 PM if you have wish to check in at another time, let us know in advance so we can inform reception.
Check out is 12:00 Noon
In case you want to access the apartment early or late check out, we have early fee of 100 pesos per hour.
We also need Full Name on ALL who is going to stay in the Apartment or the reception will not let you get in.
There can be MAXIMUM of 4 people including kids in the Apartment.
The reception will give you the key to the Apartment on your check in. Apartment 509
